A separate price shall be given for all labor and costs required to install an individual board, including, but not limited to all wiring, wall molding and wall plate jacks. The majority of wall jacks are expected to be placed within 10 feet or less from the display board and need to accommodate the termination of all three requested cables – HDMI, Audio and USB. The owner shall provide power connections at the install locations. It will be assumed the cost is the same for either the 65 inch or 75 inch boards unless stated differently. The award for the purchase of the boards and installation will not be split between vendors. The number of boards to be installed by the awarded vendor will be dependent upon available funding, available internal resources for installation by the owner. It is expected the majority of the installations shall be completed by the vendor and shall have a 1 year installation guarantee.
