Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bottom Level (Outside arena floor) Entries - clean exterior windows, clean all wall surfaces, clean ceiling surfaces, clean interior glass and windows, clean interior windowsills and window frames, clean mats, and rugs, clean and polish drinking fountain surfaces Bathrooms/showers, and locker rooms - clean and sanitize toilets and urinals, plumbing fixtures, clean counter surfaces, clean dispensers, clean and sanitize sinks and sink hardware, scrub all wall surfaces and baseboards, clean all stall surfaces, clean out locker’s interior and exterior, clean mirrors, clean trash receptacles, clean doors, door frames and door hardware, polish all metal surfaces, hot water pressure wash and scrub of shower walls, floor, benches, ceiling. Elevators - clean exterior and interior wall surfaces, clean trim, clean ceiling surfaces, clean door, and threshold grooves, clean and sanitize handrails, clean and sanitize door buttons, polish metal surfaces. Administrative Offices, Offices, & VIP room - clean interior windowsills and window frames, clean doors, door hardware and door frames, clean desk and counter surfaces, wipe interior & exterior of drawers and cabinets, bookcases, etc., wipe chairs and seats, vacuum and shampoo carpets. (Do not clean artwork) Storage closets and janitorial closets - clean all wall surfaces, clean floor, clean ceiling surfaces, wipe down fire extinguisher & cases, wipe baseboards, clean doors, door hardware and doorframes, clean mop sink, clean sinks, and clean any equipment in these closets. Inside Arena Area & All Seats Arena Area – clean behind bleachers, pull out bleachers to clean/power wash all seats. Seats, Aisles, and Stairwells – clean/power wash all seats, aisles, stairs, and stairwells. Mezzanine Level Arctic entries, hallways, lobbies, and vestibules - clean all wall surfaces, clean interior glass and windows, clean interior windowsills, and window frames, clean and polish drinking fountain surfaces, clean exterior of vending machines, clean fire extinguisher & cases, clean doors, door hardware and door frames, empty and clean out entry grates where applicable. Kitchen - clean all sinks and sink hardware, plumbing fixtures, clean interior and exterior of all kitchen appliances, clean counter surfaces, fire extinguishers & cases, clean all wall surfaces and baseboards, clean ceiling surfaces, clean trash receptacles, clean doors, door frames and door hardware, polish all metal surfaces. Main Restrooms (four in total) - clean and sanitize toilets and urinals, plumbing fixtures, clean counter surfaces, clean dispensers, clean and sanitize sinks and sink hardware, scrub all wall surfaces and baseboards, clean all stall surfaces, clean mirrors, and clean trash receptacles.
