Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Troubleshooting and/or repairs to an inoperative or malfunctioning pump and motor system including controls. • Preventative maintenance, inspect and test, pumps, motors and related equipment as needed. • New, replacement, and/or modification of pump and motor installation. (However, if a new or replacement pump is needed, the District, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to enter into an agreement outside of this Contract.) • Pump station building repair and maintenance, concrete and wood structures with flat membrane roofs. • Electrical repairs and maintenance including motor controls repair and maintenance • Provide technical assistance and/or professional advice on repairs and related tasks
