Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demolition, refrigerant recovery, and disposal of old system o Disconnect power from all energy sources and lock out/tag out o Recover refrigerant and immediately remove from the premises. Bidder is responsible for refrigerant management once it leaves the property. o Demo existing condensing unit and evaporator units. Leave lineset intact to connect to replacement system. o Equipment disposal offsite. • Electrical disconnect, reconnect, and other electrical work (as required) • Bidder is responsible for mobile crane, hoisting, and rigging (as required) • Furnish and install new equipment: o Cooler #1: Quantity (1): Larkin LCH0025MCACZA000 Condensing Unit, 208- 230V/3PH, with head master and adjustable low pressure switch Quantity (2): Larkin LEL0095AS6AMAB00 Air Defrost Evaporator, 2 fan, 115V EC Motors, With Bronze-Glow coating and mounted TXVs • Coils are to be coated for additional protection from acids, alkalis, chlorine, salt, and most other corrosive elements. • Coils to have factory mounted expansion valves. Quantity (1): KE2 Temp + Defrost Controller Up to Quantity (2): 25# Cylinders of R449A/XP-40 Refrigerant o Cooler #4: Quantity (1): Larkin LCH0030MCACZA000 Condensing Unit. 208- 230V/3Ph, with headmaster and adjustable low pressure switch Quantity (2): Larkin LEL0105AS6AMAB00 Air Defrost Evaporator, 2 fan, 115v 2 speed EC motors • Coils are to be coated for additional protection from acids, alkalis, chlorine, salt, and most other corrosive elements • Coils to have factory mounted expansion valves. Quantity (1): KE2 Temp + Defrost Controller Up to Quantity (2) 25# Cylinders of R449A/XP-40 Refrigerant • Extend lineset as required to connect to new system during installation. o Repair any existing lineset damaged during demolition or construction. • Extend pipe insulation as required during installation. o Repair any existing pipe insulation damaged during demolition or construction • Perform startup.
