Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish a Price Agreement for the purchase of Propane as well as Repairs and Services to propane tanks for the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) Facilities - New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute, (NMBHI) and Community Based Services (Las Vegas, Pecos & Santa Rosa).
