Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 480 cubic liter cylinder, no specific name brand required. 2. 6 foot non-kinkable tubing, to be included. 3. Resuscitation-mask with one-way valve allowing for oxygen enhanced resuscitation, to be included. 4. Content gauge, to be included. 5. 6 liter per minute oxygen flow for entire duration of running time of inhalator, to be included. 6. Shock resistant case to protect both the cylinder & regulator, to be included. 7. Available 24-hours a day answering service, to be included. 8. Any cylinder with less than one hour of oxygen running time will be replaced at no additional charge. 9. Emergency oxygen refills anywhere in New Mexico to be provided within two (2) business days of request at no charge. 10. Oxygen inhalator must be the most updated, medically and mechanically, to the current FDA governmental specifications at no additional charge. Vendor must provide Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Service as follows: 11. Vendor needs to coordinate with each facility to schedule the semi-annual preventive maintenance service. 12. All parts unconditionally guaranteed for life, replaced at no charge as needed during semi-annual preventative maintenance service program. 13. Semi-annual on-site maintenance and servicing shall be done by trained personnel using instruments specifically designated to test oxygen equipment at no additional charge. If inhalator is damaged, used or not clean, unit will be replaced at no charge. 14. All parts unconditionally guaranteed for life, replaced at no charge as needed during semi-annual preventative maintenance service program. 15. Cylinder ultrasonic shall be tested during the required semi-annual on-site maintenance to meet all hazardous materials regulations. Oxygen expiration dating complied in accordance with government regulations at no additional charge. 16. U.S.P. oxygen monitored during cylinder refilling lot numbers with analysis of oxygen percentage logged for governmental certification at no additional charge.
