Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Hyde Park, Vermont is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for professional services related to data collection, grant compliance and submittal of reimbursements related to flood-damaged Town highways (Category Z). Services will initially include damage assessments and development of scopes of work in coordination with town highway staff, Selectboard, other town staff, town engineering firms and state and federal officials. Additionally, the consultant would oversee construction project management and assist with local, state and federal permitting as needed, assistance with any construction contractor procurement, and limited construction phase support.
