Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking a firm knowledgeable in design and construction to prepare plans and construct an addition to an existing 12’W x 11’4”H x 19’9”L single story, one bay concrete block storage building. The new one-story structure should be approximately 24’W x 11’4”H x 19’9”L and would permit two additional 10’ x 10’ overhead doors. It is preferred that the addition and the existing structure be a seamless, cohesive structure with an overall dimension of approximately 36’W x 11’4”H x 19’9”L. Photos of the existing structure are included on the final two pages of these specifications. Additional Information: 1. No trees are to be removed. 2. The new structure shall be joined to the exiting structure and shall mirror as closely as possible the current building materials and colors. 3. Addition shall have a slab foundation. 4. There will be no windows installed 5. The two new overhead doors shall be of manual operation 6. No electrical or plumbing service is required.
