Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prepare Concept Plans, Field Check Plans, Utility Field Check Plans, Office Check Plans andFinal Plans, Cost Estimates, and Bidding Documents.Prepare Right-of-Way Plans and Legal Documents for the Appraisal and Acquisition of necessaryeasements. Secure Certificates of Title for those properties from which permanent and/ortemporary construction easements will be required.
