Specifications include, but are not limited to: OPRD is seeking Proposals from qualified Offerors to assist Agency with updating the previously published Report (Attachment A of this solicitation) – “ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF RECREATION IN OREGON” Mojica, J., Cousins, K., Madsen, T., 2021. Earth Economics. Tacoma, WA”– for analyzing the economic impact and contribution of recreational spending (tourists and locals) during trips for outdoor recreation on local, state, federal public lands, and private land in Oregon. In updating this comprehensive economic impact assessment, OPRD expects that the Contractor will reproduce the methodology from the prior report to make comparison of the old and new results valid. Contractor will coordinate with OPRD, partners at Oregon State University, and others designated by OPRD to tap existing data sources and generate new data to satisfy the existing model’s needs for accuracy.
