All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide the Accutab calcium hypochlorite tablets compatible with the Model 3530 MD system that are in use at the Depanment of Water Supply. The Accutab tablets are capable of working without clogging and causing damage to the equipment and are shipped in a package that minimizes handling hazards. Any deviation from the standard tablet and packaging that causes damage or process intemrption will result in damages being assessed by the county and holding the vendor responsible. 2. The Accutab tablets provided must be the NSF-60 certified product line; 3-inch diameter and [ 7a inch thick and a nominal 68 percent free available chlorine concentration with a minimum 6-5 percent free available chlorine concentration. Tablets will be delivered in the 55lh sealed containers. 3. The Accutab tablets will be picked up by the Department of Water Supply 4. As stated in the provisions, the vendor will have on stock one ( I ) month supply of seventy-two (72) sixty (60) pound sealed pails at the vendor's location on the island of Maui. The vendor must maintain any permits and comply with all applicable regulations regarding storage.
