Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Traffic signal boxes are located at the following corners: 2.1.1 Williams Blvd SW & 16th Ave SW 2.1.2 20th Ave SW & Wiley Blvd SW 2.1.3 16th Ave SW & Wiley Blvd SW (current box is scheduled for replacement October 2023) 2.1.4 Wilson Ave SW & Wiley Blvd SW 2.1.5 Williams Blvd SW & Wiley Blvd SW 2.2 Contractor shall measure the above five traffic signal boxes 2.3 Contractor shall coordinate directly with the artist to prepare & scale designs for reproduction 2.4 Contractor shall produce designs on a high-grade, laminated vinyl with UV protection & anti-graffiti protection 2.5 Contractor shall install wraps on five signal boxes (& battery backups, as applicable) 2.5.1 Signal box wrap shall not interfere with the ability to open the cabinet & access the signal box controls 2.5.2 Doors, vents & key flaps must remain functional 2.6 Contractor shall provide the City of Cedar Rapids a high-resolution print file for each of the cabinets 2.7 Beginning in November of 2023 Contractor will work with artist to scale & prepare designs for reproduction 2.8 Installation of all five art wraps will be completed by Contractor by February 28, 2024 (weather permitting)
