Specifications include, but are not limited to: Road Project Development Services - HMA Overlay, Minor Structural on US 52 Benton/Tippecanoe Counties from SR 352 to US 231 W. Jct.(10 miles). The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selectedfirm will be required to perform Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination,Railroad Coordination, Design and Plan Development, Pavement Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/WEngineering, R/W Staking as needed) and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required if additional smallculverts are found that INDOT determines should be replaced within the project limits. INDOT will provide R/W Acquisition Services
