Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Excavate post holes diameter and depth as follows: Line posts 9” diameter, 30” deep. Terminal post 12” diameter, 30” deep. Remove debris off site as directed by owner. Space line posts, not to exceed 10’. Terminal posts to be located at all changes of direction exceeding 30 degrees. 2) Set post in holes and fill with concrete to one inch below finish grade and cover with soil to finish grade. Plumb all post faces. 3) Brace corner posts with tension rods and 1 5/8” schedule 40 galvanized pipe. Brace end post with trussed tension rods or above 1-5/8” pipe. 4) Mesh to be placed on outer side of property or as specified by owner, 1/2” above concrete foundation and not more than 2” above average finish grade. 5) Place bottom tension wire up 4” from bottom of fabric. 6) Terminal post in concrete slab, 12” x 12” x 30” hole, cut out with concrete saw. Line post can be core drilled, no less that a 5” hole. Filled with concrete to finish grade. 7) Terminal post in asphalt, 12” x 12” x 30” hole. Line posts 9” x 9” x 30”. Filled with concrete to finish grade. 8) Other related work elements by agreement between Contractor and Owner.
