Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors are invited to bid unit prices on a term agreement for purchase of Current Model Year Ford andChevrolet Vehicles for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County to be furnished and delivered toIndianapolis Fleet Services Division (IFS) in Marion County, IN. The specifications describe a self-containedunit, and the awarded vendor shall furnish and assemble all components so that each unit is 100% ready foruse upon delivery. (This will include all features, parts, and attachments necessary to form a complete unit,whether specifically mentioned herein or not.) Each unit shall be of such design and construction as tocomply with the requirements stated herein. Other departments and agencies of the City of Indianapolis andMarion County may also utilize the resulting contract under the same pricing, terms, and conditions
