Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will be expected to provide, at minimum, the following administration services: a. Set-up of COBRA Services b. Takeover of current COBRA continuants c. Monthly administration and billing for COBRA continuants d. New Qualified Beneficiary notification, set-up and billing e. COBRA General Notice administration f. COBRA Open Enrollment administration g. All COBRA-required notifications (Underpayment Letter, Notice of Unavailability of COBRA coverage, Notice of Early Termination of COBRA coverage, etc.) h. Prompt COBRA premium remittance to the City and the City’s carriers i. COBRA reporting to the City and the City’s carriers j. HIPAA Certificates k. HIPAA Privacy Notification l. Women’s Health & Cancer Rights Notification m. Prompt Direct Bill administration n. Toll-free COBRA Customer Service phone line for participants o. Accept payment from the City via ACH
