All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Day 1 – (Pre-Event) Trade Show Set up for Facility Services and Decorator Services. Day 2 – (Pre-Event) Exhibitor move in/set up. o Two consecutive workshops for up to 100 people. o Reception for up to 250 people. Day 3 – Show day o Breakfast buffet for 1,000 on the Exhibit Hall Floor. o Up to three concurrent breakout sessions in the morning with seating for approximately 125 per session. o Trade Show with a minimum of 225 exhibit booths, and 25 tabletop displays. o Vehicle Zone to display at least 12 large vehicles, inside or outside. o Equipment Zone to display at least 10 large machines, inside or outside. o Up to three concurrent breakout sessions in the afternoon with seating for approximately 125 per session. o Buffet lunch in ballroom-type area for approximately 1,500 people. o Breakdown of exhibitor booths.
