Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) proposes a series of right of way stabilization projects in the Healy Canyon, which lies between Denali Park (ARRC Milepost 348 – and Healy Access Road (ARRC MP 361). Railroad Track follow the Nenana River along the canyon corridor. The Contractor shall design four (4) retaining walls in the Healy Canyon, identified as: • Wall 36 (MP 354.94) • Wall 38 (MP 354.96) • Wall 41 (MP 355.22) • Wall 42 (MP 355.27); 1. Monument recovery. At a minimum, tie the collected survey data into all AKDOT&PF and ARRC control within 2,000-feet of the project. Additionally, tie the collected data into a known vertical datum to determine the Ordinary High Water (OHW, where applicable) elevations. 2. As-built survey of the existing structure. 3. As-built survey of the existing ground, a minimum of 500 feet off extreme end of each wall (North and South) to include all ground features and waterways within the ARRC Right-ofWay. 4. As-built survey the track prism, to include the top of rail elevations, a minimum of 500- feet from end of each wall. 5. Any other pertinent site data necessary to complete the bridge replacement solution and track realignment.
