Specifications include, but are not limited to: r the construction & installation of concrete park sign bases as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Parks Department . 2.1. Contractor shall construct and install approximately 10 – 15 sign bases. Final count will be determined by department after bid opening. 2.2. Contractor shall follow the plan sheet, attached. 2.3. City Staff will mark, with spray paint, the physical location where each sign base will be located at the parks. 2.4. After award, Contract shall meet with City Staff, prior to construction, to ensure the final locations are appropriate. 2.5. City staff will be responsible for installation of the new park signs. 2.6. Locations for the base construction and installation (listed by priority level): 2.6.1.
