Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Hamden is publicly seeking proposals from qualified, licensed Realtors for Real Estate Services/Agent of Record for the disposition of municipal owned property. The concept of this agreement would channel all inquiries relating to the sale of specific municipal properties to the selected agent of recording for marketing purposes. The selected agent of record would communicate all inquiries and appointments directly to the Town in a timely manner. This agreement would be effective for one (1) year with an option to renew for additional one (1) year terms if mutually agreed. Respondents should attach their proposed standard form of agreement to their proposal. It is the intention of the Town to utilize these services for the sale of municipal properties. It shall be assumed for the purposes of this proposal that selected properties will involve condemned, blighted, improved and unimproved land.
