Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Services to include haircuts for male residents in compliance with the facility standards. 4.2 KJCC will compile Resident names from the Daily CDR to an excel spreadsheet. That list is printed and left in the barbershop for Residents to sign when they come in for a haircut. The officer or Contractor goes to each unit for hair cut call outs. When cuts are completed, the spreadsheet is returned to Programming. All residents who received a haircut the previous weekend get the haircut date added to their name. That same, updated, spreadsheet is then printed off and put in the Barbershop for the next weekend. Once all the residents on the list have been offered a haircut, the month is done. It typically takes the entire month to run through the list. Contractor doubles back around to those who initially refused during the last weekend of the month. Intakes that arrive during the month are offered when Contractor does the Intake unit. 4.3 Contractor shall provide haircuts in assigned areas on Saturday at an agreed upon time by both parties. a) If the Contractor is unable to complete all haircuts on the final Saturday of the month, the Contractor shall return the following day, Sunday. b) If the Contractor is unable to complete all haircuts by Sunday 03:00 pm, the Contractor and KJCC shall decide a day/time suitable for both parties to finish the remaining haircuts or postpone the remaining haircuts to the next Saturday. c) If the demand of haircuts is greater than capacity of the Contractor to provide services two days per week, KJCC reserves the right to contract/hire an additional vendor until all the residents requesting a haircut receive services.
