Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consist of construction services required to bring the AFRC Facility into compliance with alllocal, state, federal building, and safety codes. This project includes the following items that are integralto the facility, to repair the floors, walls, ceiling, bathrooms, shower rooms, and interior wall surfaces.Project also requires the creation of two (2) Telecom (IT) rooms with all required pathways and cablingupgrades. All non-energy efficient light fixtures shall be changed for energy efficient light fixtures.Allwork to be conducted in accrdance plans and specifiations devleoped by Oak Point Associates dated 11August 2023.
