Efficiency: Reduce agency costs for different development solutions as they will be able to utilize the infrastructure needed for the portal for other agency systems. Reduce the costs to users both in time and money by providing effective and easy to consume service offerings, which do not require an in-person visit or human intervention. Standardization: Provide standardization to adhere to recognized standards, policies, and best practices. Transparency: Increase transparency in data exchange for the user and the agency which maintains the service utilized. Compliance: Comply with U.C.A. §63A-16-104 (11), U.C.A. § 63A-16-803 and U.C.A. § 63G-25-201. Also ensure compliance with other regulatory requirements required for specific agency data sets.
