Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Human Resources, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide a web-based learning content library that provides engaging, up to date content covering environmental health and safety, legal compliance, IT security, business skills and leadership. The outcome of this RFP should provide Salt Lake County a learning content provider that meets the workplace learning needs of county employees and supports the outcomes of the organization. The solutions should include on demand web-based learning that meets organizational compliance training requirements including environmental health and safety (OHSA), legal compliance and information technology security. The content library should also include professional development training related to business skills and leadership including general leadership, communication, productivity, and desktop software. The new content should integrate with our existing Learning Management System, Saba. Implementation is required to be complete by January 31, 2024. The Proposer content must have an automated interface with Saba Learning Management System to import new or updated content and deactivate retired content. The Proposer must address the customer support mechanisms in-place to support the County content functionality, updates and retirements, curation, and marketing. The Proposer must submit a project plan that proposes an implementation plan that can meet a January 31, 2024, deadline. The proposer’s project plan must provide a level of customer support during and after the implementation and identify the County’s required support for the implementation. Also, identify the problem and/or support escalation process.
