Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The City has two sidewalk zones, Zone A (see Exhibit A) and Zone B (see Exhibit B). Contractor may choose to submit a proposal for Zone A only, Zone B only, or both zones. Sidewalks as identified on the attached maps, Exhibit A and Exhibit B, shall be clear of snow and/or slush following each storm event to meet all terms of the contract(s). The City will have final discretion as to whether the results are satisfactory. B. The Contractor will remove snow accumulations from sidewalks identified in red in Zone A and in blue in Zone B. Snow removal shall begin once snow has reached measurable accumulation or as directed by City staff. Snow removal from these sidewalks will not start until precipitation has ended. Snow removal shall be completed within 24 hours after the event has ended. C. In the event of blowing snow following the storm event or if a sidewalk is plowed in by City street plows or Contractor operations, and snow accumulates to a depth of one-half inch (1/2”), the Contractor shall continue snow removal from sidewalks with all snow being removed by 8:00 a.m. daily.
