Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife (Department) is seeking proposals to provide Managerial and Administrative Services as defined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document. This document provides instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure and criteria by which the awarded Bidder will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the State of Maine (State) and the awarded Bidder. The Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund (MOHF) administers State grants to Maine natural resource agencies for the purpose of maintaining, improving and expanding state and local natural resource conservation programs and associated public uses. Revenues are generated from the sale of Maine Outdoor Heritage instant game tickets by the Maine State Lottery. The Board anticipates issuing from $500,000 - $800,000 per year in grants. The purpose of the awarded contract is to provide Managerial and Administrative Services and office facilities in support of the activities of the Board.
