Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall perform ordinary electric construction and maintenance services under this Contract, such as minor alteration, ordinary repair or maintenance work including but not limited to the following: a. Work on high and low voltage power systems such as transformers, switch gear, motor control centers, panel boards, safety switches, starters and transformers, motor and explosion proof controls, interior/exterior lighting, fire, security alarms and cameras, access control, video, audio, telecom, fiber, temporary electrical systems, emergency generators, fuel and mage tank controls and HVAC equipment systems. b. Emergency repairs such as utility dig-ups and installation of temporary power distribution systems, and performing any electrical work as needed in an emergency situation. c. Installation, repairs, removal or relocation of interior and exterior electrical outlets, panels, switches, controls, power poles, lighting fixtures, ballasts, wiring, cabling, duct and conduit, etc. Monitor and test all loads prior to adding additional service to distribution systems. Contractor shall change or add all appropriate circuit identification on each panel and maintain panels per the highest industry standards. d. Installation, repairs or maintenance of various control devices at vehicle gates such as vehicle detection, loops, electronic sensor controls, gate controller’s, motors and other related equipment as needed. e. Maintenance of electrical gear, which includes circuit breakers, fuses, control and disconnecting switches, AC/DC motors, switch gear, lighting control systems. f. Perform re-lamping and de-lamping services including energy audits and cost savings information. g. Perform low voltage wiring and equipment installation, repair and maintenance work related to facilities, HVAC, Security and Access Control systems.
