Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mountain Park/Robin Hill Rural Road Service Area (RRSA) consists of approximately 7.20 miles of roads as depicted in Exhibit A, Street Names/Service Area Boundary and shown in Exhibit B, Mountain Park/Robin Hill RRSA Map. Approximately 6.2 miles are graveled roads and 1.0 mile paved or chip sealed roads. This contract is for year-round road maintenance services for snow clearing, ice ripping, sanding, steam thawing, cleaning out/unplugging culverts and other basic road maintenance. However, under the State of Alaska Department of Labor Title 26, the Laborers’ and Mechanics’ Minimum Rates of Pay may apply for such services and must be paid accordingly.
