Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of electrical contractor services. Requested support includes but is not limited to: • Scheduled service requests and emergency services includes but is not limited to labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of electrical systems and network cabling in NPU facilities and NPU customer services. • Contractor shall respond to service requests within 1 business day of receipt of the request and be prepared to have personnel on-site within 5 business days to complete work. • Contractor shall respond to emergency requests within 1 hour and have personnel on site to start work within 2 hours of receipt of request. • All quotes/estimates for work shall be performed at no cost to NPU. The electrical contractor must have a licensed staff as defined by the requirements for Electricians in the State of Connecticut.
