All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Requirements: • SaaS Cloud System o No required desktop application o Works on all modern browsers. • System must be updated and enhanced regularly. • System must be secured and backed up on a regular basis. • System must have a minimum of 99.9% system availability and uptime. • Users across multiple departments • Users must be allowed to self-reset password • Portal control (what and when applicant can upload documents) by staff • Data centers must be hosted in the U.S. • Vendor must have both a primary and a disaster recovery data center. • Data centers should have, at minimum: o Multiple power failure protections o Redundant, load-balanced network o Automatic failover o Fully meshed network with independent fiber connection feeds o Advanced fire protection
