Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item 1: Front retaining wall rebuild - Rebuild retaining wall on either side of the walkway on the Court Street side of the building. Contractor will need to describe their approach to the work on the bid sheet and provide a price for completion. Materials from current retaining wall may be used for rebuild, if useful. Contractor to be responsible for all labor, consumables and miscellaneous materials, as well as equipment necessary to complete work safely. Site must be kept tidy throughout construction process, and access for businesses in the building maintained. Builder will be responsible for removal and disposal of all trash and construction debris. Additional Requirements Include: Selected firm must carry Liability Insurance and Performance Bond (as well as all insurance required for Community Development Block Grant-funded projects). Firms bidding on this project must provide 3 references for similar projects completed. There will be a final walk-through prior to final payment.
