Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project RAILROAD MUSEUM ROAD as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes the construction of a new road from Yucca Street to Mescal Street as shown on the plans. This work shall also include construction of water, sewer and electric utilities, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, streetlights, irrigation and landscaping, connections to existing services, striping, signage, and electrical equipment purchases for installation by City crews. The work shall also include coordination with City crews for connection to existing infrastructure for water, sewer and electric utilities. City crews will be responsible for the removal of the existing overhead lines and poles once the new electrical conduits have been installed and the new underground electric system is placed in service.
