Specifications include, but are not limited to: Working with DTS to complete an assessment of existing government processes and working with DTS and stakeholders to select a suitable use case for digital verifiable credentials. Developing a roadmap outlining the implementation strategy, key milestones, and required resources. Designing and developing a proof-of-concept solution for digital verifiable credentials, which includes the necessary infrastructure, systems, and protocols for issuing, storing, and verifying credentials. Collaborating with relevant government agencies and stakeholders to define standards, policies, and governance frameworks for the issuance, management, and verification of digital verifiable credentials. Implementing and managing a small-scale pilot to validate the technical feasibility, usability, and acceptance of digital verifiable credentials within the identified use case(s). Assisting DTS complete an evaluation of the pilot's outcomes, including its impact on efficiency, security, user experience, and potential cost savings. Providing recommendations and input for a comprehensive report on the pilot project's findings, lessons learned, and proposed next steps for potential wider adoption.
