Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work includes the following major items: a. Construction of a prefabricated control building at the Blackbrook Tank. Site work including construction of concrete building pad, construction of two water service lines between the existing water main and the new building, and PVC conduits for electrical connection. Demolition of the existing vaults including backfill and restoration when complete. b. Construction of a prefabricated control building at the Chapman Tank.
