Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project is to provide all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment, insurance and bonding necessary, but not limited to completing Phase I of the Main Street Park Improvements. This work includes restoration work on a historic pavilion including: selective demo, concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, roofing, stone, site furnishings, finishes, landscape, and irrigation. Phase I area is indicated on the plans as 'Phase A' on Sheet PP-01. Refer to Technical Specifications for additional work that is to be included in Phase I which is located outside the indicated Phase A. This work includes electrical, asphalt patching, concrete, utilities, landscape, and irrigation. Other work that is to be included in Phase I that is outside the indicated Phase A will include: 1. All utility and electrical work as indicated on sheet UT-01 and sheets ES101-E601 including associated demo and restoration. 2. Irrigation - 1. Install all the irrigation mainline with associated sleeving. 2. Install zone, tracing, and spare wires for all zones from existing controller located in the restroom building to future valve complex locations. Coil wire in a standard sized valve box located over the main line at future valve complex locations (zones #1 and #2), (zones #3 and #4), (zone #7), (zones #8, #9, and #10), and (zones #11, #12, and #13). 3. POC Detail D on Sheet DT-01 4. Connection to two existing valves so that Phase B, C, & E can be irrigated until future renovations.
