Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of parking lot improvement at Chemult, OR (CMO) Station to enhance Amtrak’s assets, provide positive customer service and experience, and improve safety and security for customers and Amtrak employees. Parking lot restriping and appropriate logo for handicapped parking stall . Asphalt 4” overlay and seal coat once asphalt is cured will required 2nd mobilization . No work shall commence, nor material procured, until NTP is provided to the contractor by Amtrak. Contractor to provide product information for Amtrak’s review and approval. The contractor shall notify Amtrak of anticipated changes to the schedule within a reasonable time frame, not to exceed 2 days. The contractor shall submit and obtain approvals for changes to the project schedule and/or budget. All work must be coordinated with the station staff to minimize daily operations disturbance.
