Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove all shingles and drip edge from the Building with existing asphalt shingles, including side entry way. Any metal roofing on the additional singlestory apparatus Building is to remain, and is not part of the project. • Remove 2 and reinstall 1 antenna. • Include 6 feet of ice and water shields along eaves and valleys. • Include 8-inch white galvanized drip edge on all eaves and gable ends. • All new vent pipe boots. • 30-year black architectural roof shingles. • Vented ridge if deemed necessary, with caps • All debris to be picked up and placed in a dumpster provided by the Town of Wakefield. • Town will be responsible for the removal of the dumpster and any cost associated with the disposal of materials. • Building type: 1800 sqf, Year Built: 1939 1.75 STORY WOOD FRAME CAPE
