Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing condensers, coils, and furnaces that will be replaced. b. Contractor shall install the following: i. Two (2) Trane 95% efficient 80,000 BTU furnaces twinned together, two (2) Trane evaporator coils, and two (2) 3 ton 208/230 volt 3 phase 14 seer condensers. ii. One (1) Trane 95% efficient 100,000 BTU furnace, Trane evaporator coil, and one Trane 4 ton 208/230 volt 3 phase 14 seer condenser. c. Contractor shall connect back to existing duct work, electrical power, gas piping, PVC vent piping, Thermostat Control Modules, combustion air, refrigerant lines, ensuring that units communicate with existing Building Control Unit. d. Contractor shall reuse existing copper refrigerant line. Flush lines before adding R-410 A refrigerant. e. Contractor shall install new insulation on inside and outside refrigerant lines. f. Contractor shall furnish 5” media filter for each new unit. g. Contractor shall pressure test, evacuate, and charge with R-410 A refrigerant. h. Contractor shall start up and ensure units are working properly. i. Contractor shall test and balance the system.
