Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) is requesting proposals for Property and Asset Management for two (2) HTDC facilities as listed below. The facilities current property and asset management contract is expiring on October 30, 2023 and HTDC is seeking offers for service of a new contract. Core services in asset management will also include financial management services. 1) Entrepreneurs Sandbox (Sandbox), 643 Ilalo Street, Honolulu HI 96813 2) Maui Research and Technology Center (MRTC), 590 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, HI 96753; In addition, HTDC Is requesting on-demand and as needed property management needs for three parcels currently owned by HTDC in the Mililani Tech Park. As the development plans for the parcels are currently undetermined, HTDC will have the option to remove any and all services to support these parcels at any time during the contract term. C) TKM 9-5-002-057 (150.412 acres) – referenced as “FRTC” This parcel is undeveloped forested land with no infrastructure and utilities. It currently does not require active needs. It may require on occasion (for example, but not limited to) for the Contractor to re-do signage that fronts the property and locks on the main gate, and very minimal coordination of sporadic vendors needed on-site for needs undetermined at this time. D) TKM 9-5-002: 039 (93.57 acres) – referenced as “Gulch” This parcel is also undeveloped forested land with no infrastructure and utilities. It currently does not require active needs, nor any foreseeable active needs.
