Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove the existing culvert and dispose at the city landfill. The Contractor will be responsible for the fee. 2. The pipe should be a minimum of 6 inches but not more than 1 foot, below the streambed to ensure it will not be perched. 3. Please describe how the pipe will be secured in place prior to connection and how the connection point will be permanently secured. 4. A beaver grate will be required. Holes have been drilled into the pipe, 6” apart. The Contractor will supply and place rebar. 5. The Contractor will provide plans/specs and a silt plan to be submitted with the and be available for consultation for the Fish Habitat Application support. 6. The Contract will place and compact the road topping. 7. Contractor will maintain the road cut for 2 months upon project completion.
