Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism is seeking competitive bids for the replacement of a packaged HVAC system RTU for their Operations Office at 512 SE 25th Ave Pratt, KS 67124; 1.1. Bidder will replace the existing packaged HVAC system RTU on EASTSIDE of building roof, to include remove existing unit and replace with comparable 25 Ton, 2 Stage gas/electric rooftop unit. Include or subcontract out any roof top penetrations or changes needed to prep for the new unit, including any electrical changes. 1.2. Bidder will remove and replace equipment on WESTSIDE portion of building inside and out, to include and add one to one mini split system, taking out the 10- and 20-ton Daikin VRF systems. New one-to-one system should be the same BTU as before. Include rooftop prep or changes to roofing systems or subcontract out, include any electrical changes. Use existing duct work if possible. 1.3. Location of bidder’s business must be located within 100 miles of offices to adequately service the units
