Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Offices, Conference & Break Rooms, and Hallways; Empty Wastebaskets: interior and exterior, (including cigarette but holders) Insert Liners; Wash & sanitize interior & exterior of waste baskets; Clean & sanitize telephones; Clean & sanitize drinking fountains; Spot clean reception lobby glass. Interview room dividers and the front doors entries. Sanitize all door handles.; Dust office desks and tabletops (if cleared); Clean & sanitize break room counters and tables; Clean inside and outside of all microwaves; Clean and sanitize all breakroom and kitchenet sinks and handles; Clean conference room desks & tables, if cleared (All papers, forms, documents on desks, drafting tables, filing cabinets, etc. are not to be disturbed) MUST BE FREE FROM MATERIALS; Clean exterior windows, inside and outside.; Dust all other horizontal surfaces to 70” height including sills, ledges, molding, shelves, picture frames, ducts, radiators, etc.; Remove spots, stains & marks to a height of 70” on walls; Dust window blinds; Dust ceiling fan blades; Dust air vents/returns
