Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Mandatory Contract Services Requirements and Deliverables: Vendor shall provide Agency with the Contract Items listed below on an open-end and continuing basis. Contract Services must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below. 4.1.1 Vendor must provide Medical grade oxygen 4.1.2 Portable bottles must be E size. 4.1.3 Portable bottles must have Walk-O2-Bout style or equal built-in regulator. 4.1.4 Portable bottles must have a 50 psi DISS outlet. 4.1.5 Portable bottles must have a wide permanent handle. 4.1.6 Portable bottles must be filled to 679 Liters. 4.1.7 Portable bottles must have the gauge, flow setting and oxygen outlet port all on the same side to allow for easier monitoring of oxygen. 4.1.8 Vendor will not charge the WVVNF with delivery fees.
