Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation -Southwestern Regional Jail and Correctional Facility located at 1300 Gaston Caperton Drive, Holden, WV 25625, to establish an open-ended contract for Inmate Haircuts. 10.1. Vendor must notify Agency immediately of any lost, stolen, or missing tools, cards, or keys. 10.2. Vendor must identify principal service personnel who will be issued access cards and/or keys to perform service. 10.3. Vendor will be responsible for controlling cards and keys and will pay the replacement fee if the cards or keys become lost or stolen. 10.4. Anyone performing under this Contract will be subject to Agency’s security protocol and procedures. 4.1.1.2 The working environment is an operational regional jail facility. All work related to this contract must be conducted in accordance with all WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation protocol for working within an operational facility. 4.1.1.3 Vendor must be able to pass a background check. 4.1.1.4 Vendor provide his/her own tools. No scissors will be allowed. 4.1.1.5 Vendor must be able to cut all hair types, including male and female hair. 4.1.1.6 Vendor shall provide Inmate Haircut service on a weekly basis. The day of the week shall be coordinated with Jail staff. 4.1.1.7 Vendor must clean up and sanitize the area upon completion of each Inmate haircut and at the end of each workday.
