Specifications include, but are not limited to: The cleaning requirements are based on minimum service levels required to keep the site refreshed throughout the day. The Contractor shall provide additional cleanup and care during periods of high use and, if necessary, through temporary closures, holidays, and weekends. In addition to routine janitorial services the Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following typical maintenance duties: Toilet, Urinal, and Sink 1. Unclog toilet, urinals, and sinks. Doors – Repair and/or Replace 1. Touch up paint to maintain appearance. 2. Replace push plates, kick plates and door pulls. Fixtures – Repair and/or Maintain Soap and paper dispensers. Mirrors. Electrical lighting bulbs (except high-level parking lot lights). Information signs. Painting – touch up to maintain appearance of: Rest room walls/stalls. Woodwork on arbors and buildings. Information signs. Doors. 5. Arbors and picnic tables. Sprinkler Systems Replace heads. Maintain sprinkler-watering zones timing.
