Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. . Develop plans for a temporary release of and/or modifications to the ELUR as requiredby DEEP.a. Coordinate with the DEEP pursuant to the ELUR as to the necessary actions tobe taken to remove and demolish the buildings (with leaving the foundations inplace, as may be feasible and appropriate) relative to ELUR Subject Area C topermit the buildings to be demolished.b. Collect and analyze additional samples of the soil/fill materials below the slabs orin other locations as determined upon discussions with DEEP.c.Propose a new, modified or expanded cap as may be necessary or appropriate,whichmaybeeither4’ofcleanfillor2’cleanfillwithanappropriatelydesignedcap. Propose and construct, with the approval of DEEP, an interim cap that maybe utilized until the property is developed with a new building, which may serveas the cap.d.
