Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide on-call lawn care services for residential property including but not limited to: general mowing, edging, bush trimming, tree pruning, aerating and thatching, leaf removal and debris hauling (including light household debris). Contractor(s) shall provide all management, mobilization, tools, fuel, equipment, personal protective equipment and labor at various residential sites as designated by the Multnomah County Representative. 2. County reserves the right to add or reduce properties receiving lawn care services at its sole discretion. 3. Equipment must comply with all requirements and standards specified by the Occupational Safety and Health Act and shall be in safe and fully operable condition at all times. The Contractor shall strictly comply with all ordinances of the Multnomah County, the laws of the State of Oregon and the United States of America, including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act. 4. The County shall have the right to inspect any material or equipment to be used in carrying out the contract. The County does not assume any responsibility for the availability of any materials and equipment required under the contract. 5. The Contractor will provide all proper safeguards and shall assume all risks incurred in performing its services hereunder. 6. In the event of accidents of any kind, the Contractor shall notify the County immediately and furnish the County with copies of all reports of such accidents at the same time that the reports are forwarded to any other interested parties. 7. The Contractor agrees to remove any of its employees from Multnomah County sites who in the sole opinion of the Multnomah County Representative are guilty of improper conduct or incapable of performing the required service under this Contract.
