Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor parts and materiel for preventative maintenance service, including the start-up and shutdown services, as specified herein for the Institution Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Temperature Control System(s). The work shall be bid as an annual lump sum amount. Work shall include providing Emergency Services for the HVAC, temperature control systems, and all MEP services at an additional cost to the contract. a. Contractor to provide annual lump as a base bid to perform regular scheduled maintenance on the HVAC and Temperature control systems. b. Contractor to provide hourly rate sheet for all crafts and equipment that may be normally used for MEP work during the term of the contract. Contractor to provide new rate sheet prior to each renewal of contract. c. Contract will be awarded to the low bid for the annual lump sum of the regular scheduled maintenance.
