Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition shall include all improvements including buildings, footings, foundations, basements, private drives, hard surface paving (including sidewalks), sheds, fencing, shrubs, and trees. See Attachment A for Pottawattamie County Assessor’s data. 2. Demolition shall include drive approaches off the adjoining street. Upon removal, a concrete curb shall be installed matching the existing curbing along the street; except for 1612 7th Avenue and 1614 7th Avenue properties where there is no existing curb. Work shall be permitted and constructed in conformance of Council Bluffs Public Works Standards. 3. Sidewalks shall be constructed in conformance of Council Bluffs Public Works Standards; except for 1612 7th Avenue and 1614 7th Avenue properties where there are no existing sidewalks.
