Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.4.6 OSH Salem Campus: a) Provide final design drawings that include, but are not limited to, power calculations, one-line and panel schedules, and engineer’s stamp (if necessary) for submission to the City of Salem for electrical plan review. b) Provide private underground utility locates of the construction area and coordinate with the drawings for the placement of the new EVCS equipment. c) Mobilize to site with necessary labor, materials, and equipment. d) Provide directional bore from the existing Portland General Electric (PGE) pole to a new transformer pad location. e) Provide and install (1) utility transformer pad. f) Provide and install (1) 4″ conduit from the existing PGE pole C73-25B to the new transformer pad location. g) Provide and install (3) 3″ conduits from the new transformer pad location to the CT can location. h) Provide and install (1) 600-amp 120/208-volt 3Φ CT can and 13-jaw meterbase. i) Provide and install (1) 600-Amp 120/240-volt 3Φ 65K AIC rated 3R 42-circuit panelboard with main breaker. j) Provide and install (1) 20-amp ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) rated weatherproof receptacle at the service equipment. k) Provide and install (1) concrete pad sized per the ChargePoint installation manual at each of the (5) EVCS pedestal locations. l) Remove all excavated materials and backfill with native soil. m) Provide and install (1) 1″ conduit from the new panel to each of the (5) concrete pads. n) Provide and install concrete anchors as required. o) Provide and install (5) 1″ conduits from the new service to just beyond the 5th concrete pad for future EVCS locations. p) Provide and install (2) 40-amp 208-volt circuits from the new panel to each of the (5) dual port EVCS locations. q) Provide and install (1) CT4021 dual pedestal ChargePoint EVCS with cord management each of the (5) locations. r) Provide the 1yr Prepaid Commercial Cloud Plan. s) Provide the 1yr Prepaid Assure Plan. 2.4.7 OSH Junction City Campus: a) Provide final design drawings that include, but are not limited to power calculations, oneline and panel schedules, engineer’s stamp (if necessary)for submission to the City of Junction City for electrical plan review. b) Provide private underground utility locates of the construction area and coordinate with the drawings for the placement of the new EVCS equipment. c) Mobilize to site with necessary labor, materials, and equipment. d) Provide and install (1) Square D HJ 100A breaker in Panel EEHDP-CUP-1A. e) Provide and install (1) Square D 75KVA transformer within 20′ of Panel EEHDPCUP-1A. f) Assume that the new transformer will need to be stacked on top of the existing transformer. g) Provide and install (1) 200A MCB surface mounted 120/208V 3PH panel – Panel EV within 10′ of the new transformer. h) Provide the required transformer grounding to building steel. i) Connect to the existing 2″ conduit from the electrical room to the existing junction box outside j) Remove and replace sidewalk panels as required. (6) panels 5x8 each and (3) EV pads k) Provide and install (2) 40-amp 208-volt 1PH circuits from the new panel to each of the (3) new EVCS locations. l) Provide and install (1) concrete pad sized per the ChargePoint installation manual at each of the (3) EVCS pedestal locations. m) Remove all excavated materials and backfill with native soil. n) Provide and install (1) 1 1/2″ conduit from the new panel to each of the (3) concrete pads. o) Provide and install concrete anchors as required. p) Provide and install (2) 40-amp 208-volt circuits from the new panel to each of the (3) dual port EVCS locations. q) Provide and install (1) CT4021 dual pedestal ChargePoint EVCS with cord management each of the (3) locations. r) Provide the 1yr Prepaid Commercial Cloud Plan. s) Provide the 1yr Prepaid Assure Plan. t) Provide electrical plan review and electrical permitting as required.
